About The Role: The Senior Integrations Engineer – Tech Lead will spearhead our newly formed integrations team in developing a cutting-edge framework that powers Rev.io's flagship PSA application and product suite. In this role, you will architect comprehensive integration solutions, mentor a team of engineers, and drive a culture of extreme ownership and proactive communication. While integrations remain a key focus, the emphasis will be on designing robust data pipelines and mastering ETL techniques over strict API development. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Architect and Implement Integrations Framework: Develop a scalable and resilient integrations framework that prioritizes ETL techniques and data pipeline efficiency. 
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of 3 engineers, promoting a culture of extreme ownership, accountability, and clear, effective communication. 
  • Develop Data Integrations: Design and develop robust integrations with third-party systems, emphasizing data extraction, transformation, and loading combined with API-driven approaches. 
  • Establish Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices for integration design, development, documentation, and open team communication. 
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives through transparent and proactive communication. 
  • Oversee Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring timely completion and accountability at every stage. 
  • Drive Innovation: Lead initiatives to innovate our integration strategies and technologies, continuously improving our data handling and ETL processes. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on integrations, emphasizing the design and implementation of robust ETL processes and data pipelines. 
  • Technical Expertise: Proven ability to design and build integrations frameworks from the ground up. Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: .NET, C#, Python, or Typescript. 
  • Data Engineering Skills: Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and practices, with deep proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. 
  • Integration Technologies: Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other integration methods—complemented by hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, or Prismatic. 
  • Enterprise Systems Familiarity: Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP platforms. 
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills to address complex integration challenges. 
  • Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated excellence in leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proven commitment to extreme ownership and proactive, clear communication. 
  • AI Productivity: Experience with using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Github CoPilot. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). 
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies. 
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies. 
  • Experience in the telecommunications or SaaS industry.
