About The Role: The Junior Engineer at Rev.io is responsible for becoming proficient in our core tech stack and contributing to team discussions and code reviews. This role serves as the entry point for a rewarding career in software engineering, where you will work on real-world projects and learn essential industry skills.

Role Responsibilities: 
  • Write simple, well-documented code under guidance in .NET, SQL, React, or Laravel.
  • Implement small features or bug fixes with the help of more experienced engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements.
  • Assist in testing and debugging software applications.
  • Follow established development and documentation processes.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas.
  • Continuously learn and improve technical skills in .NET, SQL, React, and Laravel.
  • Maintain version control systems.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of .NET, SQL, React, or Laravel.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Some exposure to software development projects through coursework or internships.
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Enthusiasm for coding and software development.
